Ambassador Club

Mission: To represent the Chamber in welcoming new businesses, acknowledging expansions, new locations and new ownership.

Time Commitment: Meet 2nd Wednesday every month from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.

 Program Committee

Mission: To plan quality chamber programs and events that offer networking, training, and social opportunities for our members. Primary job is to secure speakers for monthly meetings and programs.

Time Commitment: Meet the 1st Wednesday every other month over lunch period, from 11:30am–1:00pm at a local “Chamber Member” restaurant.

Membership Committee

Mission: To act as a liaison for the Savage Chamber to current and prospective members, by helping with recruitment and retention.

Time Commitment: Meet the third Thursday every month over lunch period, from 11:30am–12:30pm at a local “Chamber Member” restaurant.

Scholarship Committee

Mission: To select qualified recipients based upon criteria outlined on Scholarship Application.

Time Commitment: 2-3 Meetings periodically, approximately 1 hour in length beginning in March and ending in May, with selection of recipients.

Spring Fundraising Committee The Amazing Place

Mission: Focus on planning and implementing one of the four, largest fundraising events for the Chamber.

Time Commitment: 4-6 Meetings periodically starting in January - April, lasting approximately 1 hour in length. Committee Members will be asked to help plan, coordinate all aspects of event and volunteer at event.

Golf Committee

Mission: Focus on planning and implementing one of the four, largest fundraising events for the Chamber.

Time Commitment: 3-4 Meetings periodically starting in January, lasting approximately 1 hour in length. Time of the meeting will be determined by the Committee. The Committee is responsible for planning location of event, date, contests and helping with set up & raffle ticket sales on the day of the event.

Dan Patch Days Committee

Mission: Task Force that focuses on enhancing the development of “Dan Patch Days” and investigates ways in which the Chamber can support this community wide celebration.

Time Commitment: Monthly Meetings February, March & April, Bi-Monthly in May,
Weekly Meetings in June. Volunteering at the event.

Holiday Fund Raising Committee

Mission: Focus on planning and implementing one of the four, largest fundraising events for the Chamber.

Time Commitment: 3-4 Meetings periodically starting in October, lasting approximately 1 hour in length. Committee Members will be asked to help plan, coordinate and call local businesses for donations/raffle prizes and volunteer at the event.
