The Savage Chamber of Commerce was established in November 1964 as a
nonprofit, volunteer organization. It seeks to unite business and
professional people who are dedicated to the ongoing development and support
of business activities, industrial opportunities, and civic enhancement of
the Savage area. The Chamber offers its members a variety of events and
programs that offer networking, training, and social opportunities
throughout the year. In addition to its involvement with local businesses
and government, the Chamber works directly with the community in a variety
of ways.
The Chamber serves as a primary source of information for residents and
businesses. The Chamber has made donations to significant community projects
and events including; Dan Patch Historical Society, Scholarships, and High
School Lock-Ins. The Chamber has over 225 members, represented by over 400
