Alysha Reil

Board Chair

952-212-1673

Growing up, Alysha always wanted to work with animals one day. At the age of 7, her family adopted a special little Lhasa Apso named Mags. Although she had many other wonderful pets throughout the years, it was Alysha’s special inseparable bond with Mags that lead to her decision to pursue a degree in Veterinary Technology. Mags continued guiding Alysha’s journey until 2011 when she peacefully crossed the rainbow bridge.

After graduating in 2008 from Argosy University, she then spent some time volunteering with animal shelters and working with local veterinarians. Since 2012, she has used her veterinary training to assist international spay and neuter efforts in the Caribbean to locals in need. Alysha is currently a member of the Bloomington Obedience Training Club, Minnesota Association of Veterinary Technicians and the North American Flyball Association

Alysha lives with her husband Scott in Savage with Echo the sassy kitty, along with Olive and Rocky Horror their French Bulldogs that are Canine Good Citizens. Alysha enjoys competing with Olive and Rocky in the dog sports Agility, Barn Hunting, Obedience, Lure Coursing and Flyball with their team EZ-Goin. They enjoy traveling, backpacking, skiing, and camping… and most activities you can bring your dog too!
